The Incorporation and Entrepreneur Pass Package includes:

Entrepreneur Pass Application

• Preparation of the application form and supporting documents

Fees Breakdown for Incorporation after successful Entrepreneur Pass Application Approval:

Our Professional Fees (Inclusive of fees paid to the Registrar) $850
Corporate Secretarial Fee(Inclusive of Named Secretary) for 1 year $800
Registered Address for 1 year $600

Package Price: $4500 ($2500 EntrePass + $2000 Incorporation)

Optional Applications:
Employment Pass Application for dependent spouse $600
Employment Pass Application for dependent children (Each) $400

Important Notes:
• The Incorporation of the company is not required until the Entrepreneur Pass has been approved.
• Other nominal fees of will be required at the time of issuance of entrepreneur pass by the authorities.

The procedure is as follows:

Provide Draft Ideas of the Business Plan and Payment
Include all relevant details of the proposed business both qualitative and quantitative. We will submit the entrepreneur pass application.

Company Incorporation Details & Preparation of Incorporation Papers upon successful Entrepreneur Pass application
(i.e. choice of 3 proposed company names, shareholding structure, particulars of the directors, etc).We will prepare the necessary incorporation documents to be signed.

Company Incorporation
We will incorporate the company with the registrars of companies.

Assistance with Bank Account Opening
After the incorporation, we will assist you with opening of your bank accounts with the available bank(s) of your choice.

Capital Injection
After the proposed capital has been injected into the company, we will notify the authorities so that a final approval letter can be issued. We will also assist you with the scheduling with the authorities to pick up your entrepreneur pass.

The following documents are required:

For each Foreign Non Resident Director and/or Shareholder:

• Photocopy of passport
• Photocopy of any proof of residential address such as utilities invoice etc.

For the Entrepreneur Pass Application:

• Completed Entrepreneur Pass application with business plan
• Higher Learning Educational Certificates & resume
• Photocopy of passport with one recent passport size photo
• Employment & salaries Details (Duties to be performed in Singapore)
