Important Note: • A refundable deposit of $2000 is required for our local nominee director service.

The procedure is as follows:

Provide Company Incorporation Details and Payment
(i.e. choice of 3 proposed company names, shareholding structure, particulars of the directors, etc).

Preparation of Incorporation Papers
We will prepare the necessary incorporation documents to be signed.

Company Incorporate
We will incorporate the company with the registrars of companies.

Assistance with Bank Account Opening
After the incorporation, we will assist you with opening of your bank accounts with the available bank(s) of your choice.

The following documents are required:

For each Foreign Non Resident Director and/or Shareholder:

• Photocopy of passport
• Photocopy of any proof of residential address such as utilities invoice etc.

• All documents must be in English or officially translated into English
• All copies of documents must be certified true copies
