On employee surveys…. The purpose of conducting our survey was to obtain feedback from the employees about workplace issues. We wanted to identify what was working well and identify areas that needed improvement.
We had always conducted our surveys on paper and we were tired of the manual data collection and report writing. We struggled with piecing together the survey data in order to produce meaningful reports.
